1. Introduction

Hello and welcome to the foam daddy instructional video series. We're super excited for you to join us and learn how foam daddy is here to help you succeed whether you own one of our amazing quality products or whether you’re just thinking about providing Epic foam parties. These videos are gonna show you everything you need to know so that you're ready to go.

Before we jump in, here are three things to keep in mind. First, this video series will be featuring our most popular and versatile foam cannon, the HD Pro Stacker Foam Cannon, but all the operations and tips we’ll be sharing will be somewhat universal for all of our other foam cannons. We encourage you to watch all the videos in this series as each of them will have something you can apply.

Second, there are two business models typically followed by foam daddy customers. One is the rental model where someone can come pick up the equipment, get a quick tutorial from you, or you can charge them a delivery fee and set it up for them on-site. The second business model is the full-service model where you run the entire event for them and create an epic, hassle-free experience. We would love for everyone to do the full-service model because it really connects you with your customer. And if you do a great job, then you’ve created a repeat customer for life.

Some foam daddy customers think that they have to pick between one model or the other, but we believe you should have both in your arsenal because you just never know. There may be a time that someone wants a foam party last minute and you don’t have an employee available or you have a ton of bookings and no one to help. Maybe you're out of town—whatever the case is. We believe if you're able to make something happen, there's no reason you should leave any money on the table.

Last, we have an incredible Facebook group with a wealth of knowledge that is always willing to share their experiences and thoughts. In fact, one of the things you’ll love seeing is how other foam daddy customers have added, altered, and put their own spin on some of the things we’ll be sharing in these instructional videos. This is great because everyone is different, and we can all learn from each other doing different things.
