Video Transcript
In this video we're going to go over one of the ways you can have a professional full service phone party setup from the beginning to the end. Keep in mind. This is just some of the things you can do to make your phone party even easier and more epic to get even more ideas on setups and tools check out what other foam daddy customers are doing on our Facebook page. All right, let's jump in. The first thing you want to do is pick a spot where the wind isn't blowing against you and it's free of obstructions before your event. You'll want to have your customer check their water and electrical sources and that they're all working and in good condition make sure that their space is clear of obstructions, like rocks animal droppings or anything potentially hazardous. This is a good time to tell you that we encourage you not to blow foam in a pool as it's a huge liability.
Once you pick your spot and you know your hoses and extension cords will reach you'll want to mount your phone machine.
Next up you'll want to set up your tent with the backdrop. These two things alone will get people excited about what you're doing.
A good place for the tent is centered between the back legs of the Gator stand Drive in four to eight Stakes depending on the wind and you can also add weights to each leg or both place your water container next to your Canon. Next up is the barricade which can be set up independently from the tent with weights. But in this video, we're going to show you a setup just in case there's a lot of wind where you can connect everything to the tent angle the weights on the front of the tent to connect your barricade and give it a nice rounded look zip tie or velcro strap the tops of the barricade to the tent spread out the barricade evenly pushing up and down on the connectors as to not ruin the vinyl on the barricade throughout this video. We're going to be using these quick connects to make getting started way faster. No need to always screw on and off connections except for the one at the Water Source. We'll have them connected to the Canon the submersible pump the hoses the garden sprayer nozzle and the easy on-off water.
Next open your laundry bag with a submersible pump inside and attach the 10 foot blue hose rezip the bag and place everything inside the water container. Don't connect the blue hose to the HD stacker just yet.
Next you're going to run your hoses and extension cords to your foam Zone setup being mindful of your customers Landscaping try to avoid trip hazards by keeping your cords tidy. And if you're at a school or a facility that has heavy duty mats use them to cover high traffic areas.
Run your host directly into your water container a quick tip. If you want to control the water flow closer to your container to make refilling during an event easier. You can connect a garden hose nozzle which you can use afterwards to spray down any equipment. You can also add an on-off water valve closer to the top, but you'll need an extra five foot hose to go into your container. You can now turn on your water and begin to fill your container to about 40 gallons.
Now add half a gallon of solution.
You can also add this before filling up but depending on water pressure. It could cause white foam to appear at the top of your bin after it's filled connect your remote control surge protector and make sure your remote is turned off to mix the foam solution. You can stir it with a dowel rod. You can move the submersible pump up and down or an easier way is to plug the submersible pump into the remote control section of your search protector now take the open end of your blue hose and place it back into the water container. Turn on the sub pump. This will cause the pump to start mixing all the solution and also Prime the system. So the flow of foam comes out much faster after you have filtered it through shut off the remote and connect the blue hose to the plumbing on the outside of the HD Pro stacker connect the HD Pro stacker to the search protector flip the switch on the side of the Canon to turn on the fan attach the remote with some velcro to the top of the Canon for an easier way to turn.
Things on and off now, you're ready to hit the switch on and watch the foam fly. But before you do plug in your sound system into the always-on section of your search protector try and position your speaker on the side of the tent that the wind won't blow the foam into it to be extra safe. You can always place it behind the tent backdrop turn on the music have fun blowing foam everywhere up down and side to side. Also. It's important to note that it's perfectly normal for when blowing foam for Suds and water to accumulate at the bottom of the barrel on the Canon when turning off the Canon you want to point the cannon down until all the watery solution comes out you do not want it to go backwards into the fan unit. Also, if you ever want to use the foam Cannon as a blower simply unplug the foam machine from the remote section to the always on section of your search protector and blow any extra foam out of the way and that's just one of the ways you can set up for your professional full service phone party.
